Wetsuits should fit like a second skin to keep you warm. We recommend using our detailed size chart which uses height, weight, and chest measurements. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a more competitive, high-performance fit.
What is the warranty policy on Rip Curl watches and wetsuits?
We offer a world-class warranty: 3 years on stitching and 12 months on materials for wetsuits. Our surf watches carry a 5-year warranty on movements and 2 years on water resistance. Please keep your proof of purchase to lodge a claim.
How long does shipping take for surfboards and large equipment?
Standard apparel orders ship within 3-5 business days. Due to their size and fragile nature, surfboards require specialized handling and typically arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear must have the protective silicone strip intact.
How should I care for my wetsuit to make it last longer?
Always rinse your wetsuit with fresh water after every session, hang it to dry in the shade (never direct sunlight), and avoid using hangers that stretch the shoulders. Never use a washing machine or dryer.
